We have a spacious 4 bedroom house located in a safe residential neighborhood in Moravia. A suburb just 15min. from downtown San Jose. We offer a nice tranquil environment with alot of personal space for each tenant. Our house is a corner property, which allows alot of natural light.
Transportation is very accesible since the bus stop is just outside our house. Both the bus to downtown San Jose and the University of Costa Rica (San Pedro) go by our place, it takes 15-20min. to get to each location. We are also just 5min. away (by bus) from our local farmer's market where you can buy fresh fruit and veggies every Saturday!.
We are within walking distance to pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, restaurants, fast food, parks, etc. Also, there is a nice small park adjacent to the house! :)

- ROOM #1 - $300 per month. It is furnished with a queen sized bed, a night table, a reading lamp and a night lamp, a mirror, a very big closet and a big desk. This is our most spacious bedroom, and has nice big windows facing our yard.
- ROOM #2 - $275 per month. Furnished with a single sized bed, a night table, a reading lamp, a mirror, a big desk, a dresser, a bookcase, a spacious closet and big windows facing our yard.
- ROOM #3 - $275 per month. Furnished with a single sized bed, a night table, a reading lamp, a mirror, a desk and a spacious closet. This room has big windows facing our tropical patio.
- ROOM #4 - $275 per month. This room is furnished with a single sized bed, a night table, a reading lamp, a mirror, a dresser, and a closet. It is the smallest room we offer but the most comfortable one due to it's own private bathroom (with a sink, toilet and shower).
- APARTMENT- $600 per month. It is furnished and consists of one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a big bathroom, a kitchen and living area, a big balcony, and a nice little office room.

- use of the washer and dryer
- access to all the common areas: fully equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room, laundry room, nice tropical patio and garden. You can also feel free to use our DVD player, as well as our DVD and book collection.
We ask for a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay.

I lived here for 6 months and could not have asked for a better experience. I had lived in 3 places prior to finding this spot in Moravia, and this was the best by far! The location is perfect - it is a quick bus ride to the city, but offers a relaxing escape from noisy downtown. The garden, the natural light, the park across the street and the spacious living area are awesome - not to mention the proximity to the Farmer's Market, which was truly a great way to spend a Saturday morning. I made amazing friendships while I was living here as well; the landlords do a great job of finding tenants who will live well together. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a serene place to stay in the San Jose area!

ReplyDeleteViví aquí durante 7 meses y estuve completamente satisfecha del lugar. Bella casa, bello jardín y comodidad con respecto al transporte hacia San José o Moravia. Disfruté mucho conocer varias chicas con las que tuve una relación tranquila, amigable y respetuosa. Recomendación absoluta.
ReplyDeleteMe encanto esta casa muy tranquila, la principal ventaja, con un patio de lo mas agradable para tomar té. La casa queda cerca del supermercado y la proximidad con San Jose es conveniente!
ReplyDeleteViví por un mes en la casa y me pareció un lugar muy acogedor, el patio tiene ambiente relajador y la sala igualmente, me gustó mucho la facilidad de transporte y la locación, ya que está muy cerca del centro comercial Lincon y supermercados. Los buses pasan frente a la casa y para los estudiantes de la UCR también el bus de la universidad pasa frente a la casa. Excelente!!
ReplyDeleteEstuve viviendo por tres meses en la casa y puedo decir de todo corazón que fue una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido viviendo fuera de mi país. Cuando se está lejos de casa, en un país extranjero, es una preocupación encontrar el lugar en donde uno pueda sentirse en familia. Sin embargo, aquí me sentí muy cómoda y tranquila. Los dueños se esmeran por ofrecernos las mejores condiciones para vivir y esto se refleja en la buena energía que tiene la casa y las chicas que habitamos en ella, ya que no a cualquiera le permiten la estadía. Esto muestra su interés en mantener una excelente convivencia y un ambiente especial. Lo anterior, sumado a la ubicación y al fácil acceso a supermercados y transporte hace que sea un lugar maravilloso para vivir. Me llevo excelentes recuerdos y auguro a las chicas que tengan el privilegio de vivir en esta casa que tengan las mismas vivencias que tuve yo.
ReplyDeleteI stayed 3 months in this big house in 2011, it's near supermarket, bank and buses then it was very easy to move around, go to work and visit Costa Rica. In this house there are all things I needed then I think it is a good solution for foreign occupants (with just small luggage!). Nothing is missing in this house! I can also say, roomies was very cool. It was a real pleasure to live and share with persons from Costa Rica and others countries. I keep in mind for ever my stay in Costa Rica and this house is a part of this wonderful experience!
ReplyDeleteI spend 3 months during summer 2013. This is a really nice, calm and warn place to live. I was in Costa Rica for an internship but the proximity of the house in relation to the capital has allowed me to travel accross the country ! You are in the center of San José in only 10 minutes.
ReplyDeleteConcerning the house, there were everything I needed, even to make French cakes. I keep a wonderful memory of my trip in Costa Rica thanks to this lovely home.
