This bedroom is furnished with a single sized bed, a night table, a reading lamp, a dresser, a closet, and a TV. It is the smallest room we offer but the most sought after and with the most privacy due to it's own bathroom. The bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a shower. It has windows facing our yard.
Monthly rent for this bedroom is $275, which includes:- wireless internet
- hot water
- electric bill
- cleaning service
- weekly use of the washer and dryer
- access to all the common areas in the house
