We will have the following accommodation available:


1. AVAILABLE NOW (December 2015)- ROOM #2 $275 per month:

Furnished with a single sized bed, a coffee table, a reading lamp, and a spacious closet. This bedroom shares the bathroom with 2 other guests.

  2. AVAILABLE NOW (December 2015)- ROOM #4 $275 per month:

Furnished with a single sized bed, a coffee table, a reading lamp, a a closet and a dresser. This is the smallest room we offer, but the most sought after due to it's own private bathroom.

Monthly rent of each bedroom includes: wireless internet, cable TV, the electric and water bill (hot water included), cleaning service, weekly use of the washer and dryer, and access to the rest of the house (fully equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room, laundry room, tropical patio and garden). You can also feel free to use our DVD and book collection.

3.AVAILABLE DECEMBER 2015- APARTMENT $600 per month:

Furnished 1 bedroom apartment, with a spacious balcony and bathroom, a small living room and kitchen, plus a bonus office-living room. Includes access to the laundry facilities and indoor patio and outdoor yard, however it has it's own private entrance.
