The house offers a very relaxed environment with a lot of personal space for each tenant. There is a spacious living room with a big selection of books you can feel free to enjoy during your stay with us. We also have a nice selection of movies for you to watch (as well as a DVD player), whenever you get tired of all the reading. The kitchen is equipped with a refridgerator, an oven and stove, a toaster, a microwave, and all basic utensils you will need for cooking (pots and pans, glasses and plates, silverware, etc).
The laundry room has a washer and a dryer, as well as a sink (in case anything has to be handwashed).
The indoor patio offers a nice environment to enjoy your breakfast or your morning coffee or simply to relax in the hammock while you read a book and listen to the birds (they like visiting our native fruit tree). The outside yard is also a nice place to enjoy, there is a table where you can enjoy your lunch or just enjoy being outside.
The house is located in a residential neighborhood in the suburb of Moravia. It is a nice area and very quiet. PLUS there is a nice little park right across from the house. It's a great location, within walking distance to get all your basic necessities (supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, parks, etc).
It is very easy to get around, especially since the bus stop is right across the street from us. From this bus stop you can get to:
- Downtown San José (in about 15 minutes)
- Guadalupe (in 5 minutes)
- San Pedro (University of Costa Rica- in 30 minutes)
We are also very close to downtown Moravia and Tibás.
